My work supports people in returning to a state of ease, clarity, and wholeness by working directly with the structures beneath stress, symptoms, and long-standing patterns. Rather than focusing on effort, insight, or self-improvement, we work at the level where real change naturally occurs.
This is quiet, precise work.
And it’s designed to create results that last.
My Approach
I work at the intersection of subconscious change, body awareness, and intuitive healing.
At the core of my practice is Subconscious Change Work, including advanced training and certification in Core Transformation. This work gently resolves the inner structures that keep patterns in place — without reliving the past, pushing through resistance, or assigning blame.
Alongside this, I offer receiving-based healing sessions for times when participation or inner focus isn’t the right entry point. These sessions support restoration, regulation, and energetic clarity, and are often experienced as deeply calming and stabilizing.
Everything I offer respects the intelligence of the system.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
Experience & Background
For over 25 years, I’ve worked with practices rooted in meditation, body awareness, energy sensitivity, and inner perception. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported clients one-on-one in private practice.
My training includes advanced subconscious change work, long-term intuitive and clairvoyant development, and study in body-based and awareness practices such as breathwork and movement. While these experiences inform how I work, the practice I offer today is not effort-based or cathartic. It is precise, gentle, and results-oriented.
I came to this work because I needed it myself. After years of investing time, money, and hope into therapies and wellness approaches that offered only temporary relief, I eventually found work that created real, lasting change. Experiencing that shift firsthand is what led me to offer this work to others. I know, personally, the difference between managing symptoms and resolving what’s underneath.
I’m also the creator of My Moontime — the first menstrual cycle and moon phase tracking app of its kind. The app was featured in HuffPost, Nylon, Marie Claire, and other media outlets, reaching a global audience seeking a more respectful and intuitive relationship with the female body.
That work deeply shaped my understanding of how patterns live in the body — and how often people are taught to cope, manage, or override instead of resolve.
Why This Practice Exists
People don’t need to be fixed.
They need the right conditions for their system to reorganize.
This practice exists to provide those conditions.
Whether through focused subconscious change work or receiving-based healing, my role is to hold a space where the system can settle, unwind, and return to its natural state of balance and presence.
The result is often a sense of ease, vitality, clarity, and fulfillment that feels surprisingly natural — not earned, not forced, and not temporary.
