This is where it actually changes.
Not understood differently. Not managed better. Changed — at the level where the pattern actually lives.
Start with a single 90-minute session.
One session goes somewhere most approaches never reach. Dana guides you directly into the pattern — not to talk about it, but to find what it was always reaching toward. When that need is met, the pattern no longer has a reason to run.
Clients describe feeling something shift in their body during the session itself. A warmth. A settling. A sense of something releasing that they'd been carrying for years.
This is not a consultation. It is not an intake. It is the work — from the first session.
Many clients notice meaningful change within 1–3 sessions. For deeper or longer-standing patterns, a focused series allows the work to unfold more fully over time.

Continue with a Focused Series
For deeper patterns — a Focused Series.
Some patterns have been running for decades. A single session can move something significant. A series lets the change go all the way.
Over 6 sessions, the work builds on itself — layer by layer, pattern by pattern — until what was driving the dynamic has fully resolved. Clients in a series often describe a cumulative shift: each session landing deeper than the last.
Most clients begin with a single session and continue into a series once they feel the work firsthand.
Focused Series — 8 Sessions — $1,800 Sessions are available via Zoom or in person by request.
A Note on Safety
You will not be asked to relive anything.
This is one of the most common concerns people bring — and one of the most important things to understand about this work.
Core Transformation does not require you to retell your story, revisit painful memories, or process the past out loud. The patterns are addressed gently and indirectly — at the level where they are held — without emotional overwhelm or re-traumatization.
What you will experience is something quieter than that. And often, far more profound.
Not Sure Where to Begin?
If you'd like to connect before booking — you're welcome to.
A complimentary 15-minute call is available for anyone who wants to ask questions, get a feel for the work, or clarify whether this is the right next step.
This is a grounded conversation — not a sales call. You leave with more clarity than you arrived with, whatever you decide.
Questions people ask before booking
How is this different from therapy or other coaching?
Most therapeutic approaches work at the level of insight, narrative, and understanding — helping you make sense of what happened and why. Most coaching focuses on thoughts, beliefs, and behavior — helping you think or act differently.
Both can be valuable. And yet many people find that understanding a pattern, or working hard to change it, doesn't make it stop.
This work is different in a few important ways. It doesn't require you to retell your story or process the past. It works directly with the unconscious structures generating the pattern — beneath the level of thought, narrative, or effort.
Rather than managing what's there, this work allows the underlying structure to reorganize. When that happens, change occurs naturally — without force, without repetition, and often without fully understanding how it happened.
Many clients come having already done significant therapy or personal development work. They find this work reaches somewhere different — and creates change that finally lasts.
How often should I book sessions?
Core Transformation works quickly — many issues resolve in one to three sessions. Attachment patterns are different. They form before language, before memory, at the very foundation of how your nervous system learned to relate to the world and to other people.
Shifting them takes more time — not because the work is harder, but because your system needs space between sessions to integrate something genuinely new. Most clients working on attachment patterns find that eight sessions, once a week or every other week, is where real and lasting change takes root.
Each session builds on the last. What opens up is cumulative — and most clients find it's something they want to keep exploring.
