Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from therapy or other coaching?
Most therapeutic approaches work at the level of insight, narrative, and understanding — helping you make sense of what happened and why. Most coaching and mindset work focuses on thoughts, beliefs, and behavior — helping you act differently or think more positively.
Both can be valuable. And yet many people find that understanding a pattern, or working hard to change it, doesn't make it stop.
This work is different in a few important ways.
It doesn't require you to retell your story, revisit painful experiences, or process the past. It works directly with the unconscious structures that are generating the pattern — beneath the level of thought, narrative, or effort.
Rather than managing symptoms or building better habits around what's there, this work allows the underlying structure to reorganize. When that happens, change occurs naturally — without force, without repetition, and often without fully understanding how it happened.
Many clients come having already done significant therapy or personal development work. They find this work reaches somewhere different — and creates change that finally lasts
How often should I book sessions?
Each person is different, depending on what you’re looking to shift or transform. Many clients experience meaningful change within 1–3 sessions.
For deeper patterns—such as long-standing stress, relationship dynamics, or ingrained habits—working together over a series of sessions allows the change to unfold more fully and integrate over time.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Sessions are currently held on Zoom, allowing you to remain in your own space before and after our work together. Many clients find this supports deeper relaxation and integration. I work with clients worldwide.
What time zone do you work in?
Sessions are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT).
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Are you a therapist?
No. I work as a private practitioner offering Subconscious Change Work.
This work is experiential and does not involve traditional talk therapy or analysis.
You’re welcome to begin with a 90-minute session whenever you’re ready.
