Subconscious change work and Core Transformation sessions supporting stress relief, relationship patterns, and lasting emotional shifts.

Where real, lasting change happens—without force.

Not by pushing harder. Not by understanding more. By going to the level where the pattern was actually formed — and resolving it there.

Most approaches work above the problem. This one goes underneath it.

The patterns shaping how you love, how you connect, how you show up in your closest relationships — they weren't formed through thought. They were formed through experience, usually very early in life, before you had words for any of it. They have been running beneath conscious awareness ever since.

This is attachment. The earliest blueprints your nervous system formed about whether love is safe, whether you are enough, and how close you can let people get. Those blueprints shape everything — your romantic relationships most of all.

Talking about them doesn't change them at the root. Understanding them doesn't either. What changes them is working directly at the level where they live — and that's exactly what this work does.

The work is precise. It is kind. And it is — for most people — surprisingly gentle.

The method is called Core Transformation.

Core Transformation works directly with the unconscious structures shaping your experience — the parts of you driving the patterns, the reactions, the dynamics that keep showing up no matter how much you understand them.

Here's what makes it different: it doesn't treat those parts as problems to be eliminated. It treats them as parts of you that are trying — in their clumsy, often painful way — to get you something you genuinely need.

In a session, Dana guides you into the pattern itself — not to analyze it, but to find what it was always reaching toward. When that need is met directly, the pattern no longer has a reason to run. What was driving it simply resolves — and stops.

The change is not intellectual. Clients describe feeling something shift in their body — a warmth, a settling, a sense of coming home to themselves they didn't know was possible.

(If that sounds a little "out there" — it did to many of Dana's clients too, before their first session. The experience tends to be more grounding than anything they expected.)

People come for many reasons. At the heart of most of them — is connection.

Romantic relationships that keep not going the way they want. The partner they keep attracting who isn't right for them. A longing for closeness that never quite arrives. Distance with their children or family they can't explain. A felt sense that something is blocking them from the love and connection they most want.

These aren't personality flaws. They are attachment patterns — and they can completely transform.

Other reasons people come:

Emotional reactions that feel bigger than the situation warrants. A sense of being stuck despite knowing what they want. Chronic stress or anxiety held in the body that hasn't responded to other approaches.

Many clients come having already done significant therapy or personal development work. They find this work reaches somewhere different — and creates change that finally lasts.

What people feel — during and after a session.

While every session is unique, clients frequently describe:

A physical sense of something releasing — tension, weight, or guardedness they'd been carrying for years

Increased calm — a nervous system that feels quieter, less braced against the world

Greater ease in relationships — more open, more present, less defended

A place of wholeness, ease, and love — so unfamiliar that most of them have never felt it before. Not love for a person — love as a state of being.

These shifts often continue unfolding in the days and weeks after a session. The work doesn't stop when the session ends.

The results aren't just felt in the room — they're verified by research.

Core Transformation is one of the few subconscious change methods with published, peer-reviewed research behind it — including a gold-standard randomized controlled trial.

In that trial, 1–2 sessions of Core Transformation produced results in the same range as 13–23 sessions of CBT, mindfulness, and other leading therapeutic approaches. For participants with more serious issues, the results were even stronger — surpassing the best outcomes those methods achieved after months of treatment.

And 61% of participants who qualified for a clinical diagnosis before their session no longer met those criteria just four weeks later — after a single session.

A second study, published in an APA journal in 2026, confirmed these results can be replicated consistently — across different coaches, different clients, and different issues. (Journal of Counseling and Development, 2019; Spirituality in Clinical Practice, 2026)

This is not years of weekly therapy. This is precise, deep work that moves fast — and gives you back years of your life.

A single 90-minute session is where it begins.

When you book, Dana will be in touch beforehand to learn about your goals and what you most want to change. So your first session begins exactly where it needs to.
