How often should I book sessions apart if I want to book a few sessions?


This is a great question we can go over in a complimentary discovery call. Each person is different with this as well as depending on what you are working to clear. Let’s connect and find a path that works best for you.

What if I’m broke and can’t afford sessions?

There is free help out there for those who need it. Rapid Resolution Therapy offers a free monday night style of round robin quick coaching sessions in a group environment as one great example. Check on their website to sign up.

I recommend taking care of your finances first and saving up for a one-on-one session when you are more financially stable. 

Are you a therapist?

No. I am a private practice coach with over 15 years of experience working with coaching people one on one. This is a results driven coaching practice that aims to help bring about shifts and transformations in easy, fun little conversations. I trained with Dr. Jon Connelly of Rapid Resolution Therapy personally as well as Connieray Andre’s ‘Core Transformation’. Connieray Andres is one of the originators of NLP. Rapid Resolution Therapy is a blend of hypnotherapy, NLP, cognitive behavior and a few other top results driven perspectives. And I blend the two modalities together.

I find life coaching to be the perfect practice for me to work with clients privately as it gives me the freedom to work with anyone, anywhere in the world. As our aim is only clearing the way the mind has been processing information to help enjoy the present moment - life coaching is the ideal method for this. 

The licensed mental health practitioners model has been to talk about what is showing up and bothering you. Analyzing why this may be. Giving things labels. Analyzing your childhood and where this may have come from. And dissecting your life for countless sessions. Leaving your mind over analyzing everything. Which perhaps might benefit some. But your issues do not live in your analyzer - they are in your unconscious mind.

Our conscious mind continues to generate more of what we pay attention to. So if we are looking to clear out what has been bothering you and keeping you stuck - why are we reliving and potentially re-traumatizing ourselves with just talking about our past?! It needs to be cleared from the subconscious so it can naturally dissolve and you can enjoy and thrive in your life.

Can we meet in person?

I book private sessions on Zoom so you can be in your own private sanctuary meeting space (like your living room). And when the session is over - you can just relax in your own space to deeply absorb into the state you're in. No need to rush into your car and drive anywhere - pulling you away from the relaxed state you might be in. And with zoom - I give you the ability to have our session recorded for you to keep. So if you want to listen to it again at a later time - that’s also there for you.

I also work with clients all over the world - so Zoom really helps facilitate those meetings as well.

I book my sessions currently in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

If I book a session but need to cancel it - is there a cancellation policy?


It is absolutely wonderful that you’re showing up for yourself and giving yourself the time and effort to help you live the life you dream of and deserve. Part of this is showing up for yourself and scheduled appointments. 

Be sure to book a session that you can make as we do not reschedule or refund. If you can not make your booked appointment - you will have to pay for another appointment at another date and time.
