Rather than managing symptoms or pushing through patterns, we work beneath lived experiences to gently resolve the inner structures that have been holding things in place. As those structures reorganize, ease, vitality, clarity, and enjoyment of life often return naturally.

Single Session

If you prefer to begin with a single session, this is a meaningful and complete way to work.

2-Hour Subconscious Change Session — $300

This session is well-suited for a specific issue, pattern, or inner conflict, and often brings meaningful relief and clarity.

Some people find that one session creates the shift they were looking for, while others choose to continue the work to support deeper or more comprehensive change.

Focused Series (Recommended)

Each Focused Series is designed to support the full completion of a specific theme.

A Focused Series typically includes six 2-hour sessions.
In some cases, additional sessions are included — up to eight total — when more integration or care is needed.

This allows the work to unfold at the pace your system requires, without rushing, pressure, or concern about session count.

This work is for people who are done forcing their bodies to change.

Rather than focusing on discipline, control, or willpower, we dissolve the inner patterns that make weight loss and exercise feel effortful or punishing. A Note on Safety & Care

This work does not require revisiting past experiences or recounting painful events.

Many people carry protective patterns related to boundary violations, unwanted attention, or experiences that were never safe or consensual. In this work, those patterns are addressed gently and indirectly, at the level where they are held — without reliving, analyzing, or assigning blame.

Change unfolds through restoring safety and wholeness, not through exposure or emotional intensity.

Receiving-Based Healing Sessions

In addition to Subconscious Change Work, I also offer receiving-based healing sessions.

These sessions are for times when deeper inner work is not the right starting point — when someone feels depleted, overwhelmed, or simply needs support that does not require effort or participation.

Aura Healing and Trance-Mediumship Healing allow the system to settle, release, and restore without analysis or revisiting past experiences.

For some, these sessions are a standalone form of support.
For others, they complement deeper subconscious work by creating space, clarity, and ease.

Both serve a clear and intentional purpose within this practice.

Aura Healing sessions are intuitive, receiving-based healing sessions that support clearing, centering, and relaxation.

Many people describe these sessions as deeply calming and restorative — similar to receiving a beautiful spa service.

Trance-Mediumship Healing is a receiving-based healing process in which I enter a specialized trance state and work directly at the level of consciousness and energetic organization.

These sessions involve very little talking and do not require analysis or effort from the client. Many people experience them as deeply settling and restorative.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I book sessions?

Each person is different, and this also depends on what you’re looking to shift or transform. Many clients experience meaningful change within 1–3 sessions.

For intentions such as weight loss, long-standing stress patterns, or deeply rooted habits, working together over multiple sessions is often more supportive, allowing the work to unfold and integrate over time.

This is something we can explore together in a complimentary discovery call.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Sessions are currently held on Zoom, which allows you to remain in your own space before and after our work together. Many clients find this supports deeper relaxation and integration.

I work with clients all over the world.

What time zone do you work in?

Sessions are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT).

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Are you a therapist?

No. I work as a private practitioner offering Subconscious Change Work. This work is experiential and does not involve traditional talk therapy or analysis.
